Massage
Warm Oil Scalp Massage $60 (30 minutes) (service provider: Courtney or Krista)
With your chosen aroma experience the indulgence of warm oil being massaged into your face, neck, shoulders, and scalp. After the treatment, soak in the benefits of the coconut oil and feel your tension disappear.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment (MLD) $120 (60 minutes) (service provider: Courtney or Krista)
In this session using light touch to the body, special techniques are used to stimulate and move lymphatic fluid throughout the body. This session helps to remove any stagnate or extra fluid generally from the limbs to help the body function easier.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy $100 (60 minutes) (service provider: Krista)
Holistic/restorative therapy that uses light static holds to focus on settling the nervous system to cultivate greater health and well being. By using the clients own nervous system it helps them to self regulate and self heal. With its gentle approach this service is beneficial to any person.
Ailments that can benefit from treatment are tension, stress, headaches/migraines, chronic pain, tmj/sinus problems, injury or trauma recovery, fatigue, and more.
Access Bars $90 (60 minutes) (service provider: Courtney)
Stimulation of 32 bar points on the head to release the polarity of thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, beliefs, considerations and decisions as it is stored in your brain
Correlated to how we delete computer files, this systematic treatment helps to declutter the brain of information that no longer resonates, proves helpful or useful to us
Helps reduce the overstimulation some feel from outside factors that cause stress, anxiety, depression, and even grief.
Kinesiology Tape Treatment $40 (15 minutes) (service provider: Courtney)
For those who suffer from acute or chronic pain on any part of the body, kinesiology tape can help alleviate the pain associated with any new or past injuries. By using specific taping placements lasting 3 to 5 days, experience the benefits such as decreased pain, improved circulation, and improved posture and muscle support.
Facial
Shine Bright Facial 75 minutes ($130) (service provider: Courtney)
Targeting darkening pigmentation in the skin, this treatment focuses on brightening and lightening those spots through exfoliation with microdermabrasion and LED Light Therapy. Following with a tourmaline charged radiance mask to bring back the healthy refreshed glow we all hold inside. Following with a series of targeted microdermabrasion and LED Light Therapy treatments, the skin will show results within 6 treatments
Clarifying Facial 75 minutes ($130) (service provider: Courtney)
Suffering from unwanted blemishes, this treatment focuses on removing and healing any visible blemish on the skin. With the use of high frequency we can eliminate the bacteria causing acne flare ups and prevent future breakouts from occurring. By eliminating the impurities and rebalancing the skin’s nature, balance can be restored in your skin’s health.
Body Treatments
Head In the Clouds $45 (30 minutes) (service provider: Krista or Courtney)
With the use of our chilled facial globes and scalp massager, let the tension and pressure of life and sinus pain melt away. We begin with a light application of hydrating oil to the skin followed by our chilled facial globes to rub away any sinus problems or tension. After that enjoy a serene scalp massage with our Aveda Scalp brush. Finishing off the treatment with a warm towel compress over the face, your senses will be floating away in bliss.
Can’t Reach It $60 (45 minutes) (service provider: Krista or Courtney)
You know that one spot you can’t reach? Well we can! Let your therapist treat your back to some much needed love! This treatment begins with quenching that desire to have that one relentless itch spot soothed with the use of exfoliation. Following up with a nourishing creme massaged into the back, you’ll be asking yourself why don’t I do this every month!
Signature K Lorraine Treatment $115 (75 minutes) (service provider: Krista or Courtney)
Beginning with an invigorating dry brush treatment to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic system, your therapist will then calm everything down with our nurturing and hydrating oil brushed onto the skin. While cocooned in our weighted thermal blanket, experience a soothing scalp or foot massage. This service helps your mind and body unwind and relax all the tension away.

Season’s Changing Body Treatment $140 (75 minutes) (service provider: Krista or Courtney)
With the ever changing season’s in Wisconsin, why not change the aroma to match! We begin with our seasonal scented body scrub, followed by a hydrating mask. Once the mask has been applied, we drape a weighted blanket over you while you receive a face and scalp massage. Finishing the service with a hydrating creme massaged into the skin.
