K Lorraine is lovingly named after Vicky and Kathryn’s mothers, who have been a constant source of inspiration and guidance throughout the years. The bond we share with our mothers is often stronger than we realize—a love that begins before we’re even born, an instant connection to a soul we’ve yet to meet. Our mothers are always there, teaching us everything from how to talk, walk, and eventually run, to following our dreams—and dreaming even bigger.

At KLorraine Salon Spa Boutique, our Guest Care Specialists are here to assist you in booking your next appointment. For personalized assistance, please call us at 920.550.2533. To ensure you get the best day and time for your next visit, we recommend reserving your next appointment before leaving the salon.
In order to create a peaceful and relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phones and keep phone calls to a minimum out of respect for other guests.
KLorraine accepts cash, check, K Lorraine gift cards, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). In consideration for all our guests, we regret that we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time to other guests.

- Tuesday – Thursday: 9am – 7pm
- Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Saturday: 8am – 1pm
- Sunday: By Appointment Only
